Meet Our Founders...
Kaylan Blume
Founder
Hey there, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kaylan Blume and I am the proud founder of Synergy Marketing Solutions and the man behind the lens with Shot By Synergy. Now, let’s talk a little about me and how I got here…
I grew up in the small town of Naples, Florida where I found fun in fishing, boating, beaching, surfing, and pretty much anything that has to do with the water. I would even skip school sometimes to go fishing. Also growing up, my father taught me a lot about business and the will to provide. He showed me that you have to make sacrifices in order to become something great, and you must do what 99.9% of people won’t do.
So with my heavy passion for the water and business I founded my first company, Naples Marine Service my senior year of high school; which I sold a year later. With the massive success of Naples Marine Service I decided to double down and found a full-service PPF/Tint Shop in the summer of 2022. It came by no surprise when I surpassed the majority of competing shops within the first 90 days of opening doors. This is where I along with many others began to see a strength instilled in me - Marketing. I knew how to Market, and I knew how to Sell. This is where things started to get interesting…
So in the summer of 2023 I realigned with a long time friend - Javier Silva. We both soon recognized that we had a similar strength within us and our current occupations were limiting them. So later that year we founded SMS in an attempt to create something greater than us.

Alberto Tinedo
Founder
My name is Alberto Tinedo, and I am a 21-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for Real Estate and Marketing. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to the United States when I was six years old. While I’ve had brief stays in places like Weston and Tallahassee, Naples, Florida, has always been my true home. It’s the place I love and want to be.
From a very young age, I’ve always been involved in my parents’ business, a pool company called Total Pool Services. Over the years, I’ve worked in almost every position possible, from cleaning pools to managing employees, overseeing jobs, and handling invoices and payments. This hands-on experience instilled a strong work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of running a business.
My early experiences in fine dining restaurants in downtown Naples—at establishments like Sails Restaurant, Trulucks, Agave, and others—taught me a unique perspective on how much wealth is out there. Observing people spend significant amounts of money sparked my interest and appreciation for the finer aspects of life at a very young age.
Over the past two years, my journey in this field has been nothing short of phenomenal. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and the exceptional people I’ve met along the way.
My experiences have equipped me with valuable skills in negotiation, finance, and economics, and I am continually expanding my knowledge as I grow in this profession. Kaylan and I met and we had a good click due to our commitment to helping others and wanting to see ourselves succeed above all. I’m beyond excited for this opportunity and embarking on this journey in Synergy Marketing Solutions alongside Kaylan, which I believe we will have tremendous success in and really help others grow and really scale their business to the next level.

Sky Mitchell
Creative Director
My name is Sky Mitchell i was born and raised in Naples Florida.
I have been doing photography and videography my whole life but really took it seriously in the summer of 2020. Being behind the camera has brought me all over the state of Florida, whether I’m on the beach filming surfing or on stage taking photos for reggae artists. I have a true passion for creating. No matter what project I’m working on I enjoy every step from writing the scripts, being on set, to postproduction.

With over 9 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, I specialize in managing high- budget Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns, with a focus on driving exceptional results. My career includes the successful management of ad spends exceeding $2 million monthly, across more than 1,000 e-commerce projects, 100 information products, and 1,000 service cases in top Tier 1 countries. My expertise spans 9 years with Facebook ads, 5 years with TikTok ads, and a foundational year in Google ads
Sky Mitchell
Senior Partner
Hi, my names Cristian and i'm excited to be part of this team.
I've been brought in to take lead on web-design projects and help with
the content creation side of the business.
Even as a kid, I was always eager to get behind the lens and especially hop on the computer and edit it together.
My passion for telling stories grew stronger once I discovered my interest in motor-sports and started documenting my own project build as a teenager. Over the years, as my skills developed, I found myself transitioning away from working as a mechanic and using my creative talents more to help businesses scale.
Prior to partnering up with Synergy, I operated my own small content and ads agency locally in South West Florida.
Working as a one man team, I became very familiar with the entire pipeline, from planning the shoot, to managing content calendars and creating ad campaigns on social media.
One of my strongest beliefs is that no matter how good you think you are, a good team will always enable you to unlock more potential.
In Synergy and Kaylan, I saw a team of people who share the same ambition and commitment to quality.
In the same way this team allows me to focus on what I do best, the creative side, we aim to do that for you.
I look forward to using our cumulative experience to not only grow this business, but many others throughout SWFL and the United States.
