Hey there, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kaylan Blume and I am the proud founder of Synergy Marketing Solutions, Naples Detailing, and a handful of other small businesses throughout Southwest Florida. Growing up as a child, I always had an ambitious mindset and tenacious drive to accomplish goals bigger than me. Often times even striving towards reaching goals many might say are "impossible" or "unachievable". But I always loved a challenge and was willing to make the impossible - possible!
My senior year of high school I founded a local yacht-concierge company - Naples Marine Service. It's pretty fair to say that since then I never turned back from the journey of entrepreneurship. In fact, I even made the decision not to go to college in full pursuance of becoming a renown entrepreneur. Since then I have sold 1 company and founded 2 others that are still in operation today!
Through the founding, growing, scaling, and even selling of some companies I have acquired an advanced skill set in terms of marketing, fulfillment, short/long term strategies, and role delegation within businesses. Following the unveiling of this profound skillset I exited my current company in pursuance to build something far greater and more impactful than ever before. Thus founding Synergy Marketing Solutions. I now take deep pride in working alongside many business owners in order to help them build successful startups, grow, scale, and even exit their businesses. A true Naples native, Jose’s a young marketing professional whose hungry to dip his feet in the industry and make a name for himself. With his marketing degree from Florida Gulf Coast University he has a crucial understanding of the importance between a business and a client. His certification in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Google allows for a business to thrive with proper campaign delivery and marketing goals. Apart from his business passion to help others grow, he enjoys to make music and to be physically active on his own time.

My name is Sky Mitchell i was born and raised in Naples Florida.
I have been doing photography and videography my whole life but really took it seriously in the summer of 2020. Being behind the camera has brought me all over the state of Florida, whether I’m on the beach filming surfing or on stage taking photos for reggae artists. I have a true passion for creating. No matter what project I’m working on, I enjoy every step from writing the scripts, being on set, to postproduction.
Note: As the mutual friend who introduced Cristian and Kaylan, this company wouldn't be what it is today we're it not for Sky. He's one of those young, ambitious talents you want to keep your eye on and we're excited to see where his career takes him.

Hi, my names Cristian and I'm excited to be part of this team as of September 2024.
I oversee most of the day to day operations like building ad campaigns, websites, and checking in with clients.
When I originally started in this industry, it was from a creative aspect as a photographer and videographer. As I've progressed through my entrepreneurial journey, I've been fortunate enough to learn new valuable skills that allowed me to maximize the value of the content I created.
Prior to partnering up with Synergy, I operated my own small content and ads agency locally in South West Florida.
Working as a one man team, I became very familiar with the entire pipeline, from planning the shoot, to managing content calendars and creating ad campaigns on social media.
One of my strongest beliefs is that no matter how good you think you are, a good team will always enable you to unlock more potential. As an independent, too much of my time was focused on editing and not on leveraging my knowledge I had picked up throughout my time alone. In Synergy and Kaylan, I saw a team of people who share the same ambition and commitment to quality. These days, Sky (my apprentice I've known since he was 15) handles most of our content creation.
In the same way this team allows me to focus on what I do best, we aim to do that for you.
